PRODUCTIVE TRAVELLING DOOR TO DOOR:
The mobile office from ROLFHARTGE offers the smart working solution for many of the challenges that companies are currently facing when external appointments, business trips alone or in a team and longer journeys to the destination are required. Instead of losing valuable travelling time, the Office Van generates new, productive time, which can lead to considerable cost savings and a decisive competitive advantage in the long term. For example, with video conferencing while travelling, thanks to the integrated conference system and specially developed table for up to 4 people, foldable monitors and stable internet connection.
THE ALL-ROUNDER FOR EVERYDAY BUSINESS LIFE:
The mobile office makes it possible to attend more appointments on location, optimise work processes and organise the day more flexibly and freely. "While there are already numerous innovative concepts for on-site workplaces in companies and home offices, the possibilities of individual mobility have hardly been utilised to date. We have solved this problem with the Office Van," says Rolf Joachim Hartge, founder and Managing Director. Rolf Hendrik Hartge, also founder and Managing Director of the family business, adds: "We have put a concept on the road that combines productivity and well-being with individual mobility, thus creating an innovative solution. We were particularly pleased that the Office Van, after years of development, was so well received when it was first presented at the Hannover Messe 2022, and we have been constantly developing the concept ever since.
Intelligent use of available space: the large windows in the rear can be turned into a whiteboard or monitor at the touch of a button.
INDEPENDENT POWER SUPPLY AND CONNECTIVITY:
A basic requirement for mobile working: reliable internet connection and power supply. Maximum flexibility for a fast and reliable internet connection while driving is provided by a 5G automotive antenna, for multiple SIM cards, satellite communication or a combination of both. There is also a high hotspot range around the vehicle. The permanent power supply is ensured by an additional battery system with 230 V sockets that is completely independent of the standard vehicle electrical system. This means that there is no loss of range, especially for fully electric vehicles. In addition, an ultra-flat and indestructible photovoltaic system with a peak output of several hundred watts can guarantee a self-sufficient power supply. A special refinement of the solar panels achieves particular efficiency.
AWARD-WINNING HEALTH CONCEPT.
In addition to the many convincing features of the ROLFHARTGE Office Van, the (in-house) health package developed with experts, with special surface finishing and multi-award-winning air purifier, also reduces the risk to passengers of pathogens and fine dust pollution, which is particularly beneficial for asthmatics.
DEEP WORK - IN A LOUD WORLD:
While the additional built-in speakers can be used to play relaxing music as well as sounds that promote concentration and creativity, the additional sound insulation of the body provides a quiet zone all around the vehicle. A removable partition to the driver's compartment creates privacy and confidentiality, creating a relaxing retreat. Two adjustable LED work lights each provide up to 500 lux on the work surface, while over 1,000 illuminated fibre optic light points create a relaxing feel-good atmosphere on the roof liner if desired. And nobody has to do without the classic coffee break in the Office Van, as a coffee and tea maker and a refrigerator can also be integrated into the V-Class.
SMART DETAILS HANDMADE IN GERMANY:
On request, the exterior of the Office Van can also be individually adapted to the company image by incorporating the personal corporate design including logo and company colours. Otherwise, the exterior is kept sporty and elegant yet discreet - the conversion based on the V-Class is unagitated yet with a strong design.

Can an existing V-Class, EQV or Vito vehicle also be converted into a mobile office?
Yes, even if you already have an existing vehicle from the W447 series, we can convert it into a mobile office. The important thing is that the vehicle is a long or extra-long version.
Yes, as an official Mercedes-Benz bodybuilder, you can also order a vehicle directly from us. We will be happy to assist you with the configuration.
Can I also lease or finance the V-Class, EQV or Vito including the Office Van conversion?
Yes, as an official Mercedes-Benz partner, we can offer leasing or financing for the Office Van with complete conversion. The conversion costs can be integrated into the leasing or financing from Mercedes-Benz.
How long does the conversion take?
The duration of the V-Class conversion depends on the scope of the conversion, the order received and is to be agreed depending on the situation.
Can I only order the Office Van based on the V-Class/EQV or Vito Facelift version 2024 or are predecessors also possible?
